I am looking for something like the script that runs boardnation.com. I want it to be able to allow guests to sign up, it will then create a subdomain on my site and create a forum. Preferably PHPBB. It will then send them the login information via email for admin control. I need to be able to have different packages availble. I.e. One package is free with banner advertising and limited bandwidth. One package has no banner adverts and will have no bandwidth limit. I do NOT need a payment gateway system. I will do all payments and package upgrades via email.

I have found this script already for $35. I am hopeing that one of you kind people with have already created a script like this and will be able to offer it cheaper.

The script does not have to be installed on my server, I am willing to install it as long as there are instructions and support for at least a month.
