Form to RSS feed to used with Placid to read RSS feed

My solution will have PHP file, XML file, folder with images. PHP page asks the password on page load for simple protection. The password can be set directly in a constant in the script. PHP page shows the form. On submit PHP adds new item to the XML RSS file and saves image.
