Fix A Website Bug

I have a suggested products feature that is causing problems on my site. My site is buymixtapes [dot] com. An example URL to see the suggested products function would be buymixtapes [dot] com/[login to view URL] Scroll to the middle of the page under "Suggested Mixtapes". When I first used the plugin, it was only using the product title in the URL for the suggested product (this was an error), so the link would look something like /[login to view URL] This was causing duplicate title and meta descriptions in Google Webmaster Tools because the correct URL should have been /AlbumArtist-AlbumTitle.mixtape. I had someone fix it so the suggested product would have the correct link as /[login to view URL] This is how all URLs/links are on my site. I also put it [login to view URL] to block /-* but apparently googlebot is still archiving some and I get about 20 new duplicate titles/meta descriptions a week. I think this might be coming from the mobile as when I check WMT Crawl/Crawl Errors/Smartphone it lists the URLs that are blocked and these are the /[login to view URL] URLs, but I guess some are still getting archived even though they should be blocked. I checked the referring URL and it is still coming from another product on my site. I'm not sure how I can tell if the suggested products function is still somehow making the links as /[login to view URL] because when I check it displays them as /[login to view URL] which is correct. The URLs are set to redirect to the correct URL of /-AlbumTitle.mixtape. I'm thinking google is archiving /[login to view URL] because it might hang in the redirect since I have over 10,000 products/URLs.
