Fix opencart shipping module ParcelPro

ParcelPro module can not be installed in opencart 3.0.3.7.

At opencart marketplace compatibility is mentioned till 3.0.3.2

When installing module for keys I get message "Internal server error" and when I try to install shipping methodes a lot of errors are mentioned. see attachments.
