Fix Issue With eCommerce XML Feed

Let me start by saying I am not too familiar with XML feeds and we are having a small problem. We have a xml feed plugin for our Prestashop store. It needs to be generated according to spec for a price comparison website - we have got the feed working except for one small issue, the primary node for products should be <offers/> we have it as < Offer active="[login to view URL]"> when we remove this attribute the feed no longer generates for some reason.
