Fix curl issue or use wp_remote_post instead

i have a curl commands which works fine on my xampp server
but when i hosted it on real hosting, such as bluehost or godaddy, the curl returns false
it does not all the time, very few times it works well, but the most of the time, it does not work and returns false
i need someone fix this issue asap
