Finishing Existing Project - LARAVEL work, booking system, payment system (PHP, JS, AJAX)

We need to replace our current developer as we need our project completed ASAP. We have custom made music web application done in Laravel. The project is currently 70-75% completed!
MAIN TASKS:
* check and learn the current system - admin section, website, artist section
* complete and fix the current messaging functionality - users can send messages internally and they can also receive quote and forward it to specific group of music artists (selection of receivers when sending message)
* complete the front-end / website files - all main pages are done in HTML / CSS only. We need to add some JS and Ajax to them and then connect them to the current Laravel back-end files. You should be able to transform the current files and get them into proper version with JS, Ajax, PHP, fix if any responsive issues.
* We need to improve our CMS for editing pages - we can use any open source CMS such TinyCM, CKeditor or similar. We need to offer tools to upload images, files and adjust layout with basic tools.
* We have Paypal system work and Stripe system ready - we want this to be checked, tested and get ready for launch.
* Test everything and launch on live server

* 2 milestones payments (40% / 50% payment split)
