Fetch correct data to show avatar

Will only pay $15.00 after completion of work... 2-sections need to fetch the same avatar... I need to fetch the member avatar data to show like member reputation avatar and have that same avatar show in #1 [login to view URL] file and #2 likewise on chat file....I will send the files to check so you can add avatar code.. For understanding.. Chat file is pulling avatar from a different folder and need code done right with $picname... You will get files, test user to work with... NO c/panel.....If you can-NOT do it with files don't waste my time....
