Hi, I have already done this section in my client project. I have the code in core php, so its easy for me to implement it in your project in a day. Implementation steps: 1) Create a table for post, so we can choose those posts dynamically using a drop down. 2) We can split the subscribers into different groups and store them in a table. So we can select them in drop down using group name. For example, a) Free Members b) Paid Members 3) Create a table for templates that you need to send as message to users, so we can choose those message dynamically using a drop down. 4) Finally adding the mail functionality to send mail.
