Develop Wordpress Plugin - Top Song Chart

OVERVIEW We're running a chart show for local indie bands and would like to have a Top 50 chart on our Wordpress based website. Every week (or so) we will manually update the chart so that there will be a new chart. We would like to have a wordpress plugin to achive this. OUTPUT/PRODUCT The output should be a simple modern design like the Billboard Chart [login to view URL] (attached) - position this week (with special feature design for the #1 song) - position last week - indication whether the song position gone up/down or same - no of weeks on the chart - user rating - view music video (Bonus) if the latest chart can be automatically output as RSS Feed USER ACTION Visitors should be able to (a) click to view the music video (b) rate the song SIMILAR PLUGIN There is a similar plugin [login to view URL] FUNCTIONALITY The plugin functionality should be similar with the above except - do not require the monetisation link to Amazon/iTunes etc - do not require MP3 link - video source should include video from our FB page, Vimeo as well as YouTube - when clicked the video should play automatically in full screen (especially if viewing on mobile device) CUSTOMISATION - it's good if the chart colour scheme can be customisable by site admin - font will follow the site theme
