Develop program to modify .csv data and output .sql file

Hello, We currently have a program that we use to process data. However, our old freelancer that wrote the program no longer is online and we need modifications done to it. I can send you the original source code/program and you can modify it or start new. Program requirements: 1.) Automatically download raw .csv files from website. (program currently does this) 1.a) Re-name the automatically downloaded files. 2.) Modify all of the fields that we need. (Program currently modifys fields, however we no longer want some fields modified) 3.) Output .sql & .csv file. (Program currently does this, however some fields we no longer want in the output files) 4.) Modify the table name in output .sql file. (Program currently does this, however we want to change the table name around a little bit) 5.) Automactically upload output files to FTP. (Program currently does this). NOTE: You must have at least 100+ reviews in software development for us to consider your bid. You must also mention "MOD4" in your bid so we know you read entire project scope. We have other projects to do after this.
