Develop Customer Dashboard using ReactJS, Laravel/NodeJS and Existing APIs

Need experienced developer for this small project which we are doing as a prototype now. If the work is good, we will hire you again to get the same thing developed in details. - We are going to use CoreUI built in reactjs ([login to view URL]) - Need User Management with Level of customer and plans. - Once user signup using simple login/FB/Google, they get on the "onboarding form". On the form user submit some of their data, which will be shared with the developer later. -That data goes in the database/email copy and submitted to 2-3 applications using API with is already available. - So Basically we want 3 application data to be integrated thru their RestfulAPI and show on 2-3 different tabs of the Dashboard. - Integrate Paypal payment to collect amount based on the plan type user has signed up for. - User will signup and enjoy 30 days free trial after that auto reminder will be sent and account will be deactivated (or downgraded to the Free plan). User can pay and continue or reactivate later in future. - User should have ability to change their plan type. - Admin dashboard to manage customer, plan etc. Before you bid on this project, send me a covering letter with your experience with above technologies after that I will send you detailed project scope only after that you can quote me the timeline and the price.
