The proposed application includes design and development of an expert system for diagnosis of diseases and pest control in the Papaya tree. The developed application uses knowledge of a particular domain to mimic the reasoning process of human experts. In order to completed the application, it needs to develop knowledge based system/expert system to provide computer based support for the orchard management of Papaya. Based on visual symptom of the disease, the system should be able to analyze the existing data in their knowledge base and provide a solution to the user.
