DeObfuscating php files IONCUBE 8 php 5.4

Hello! I have 15 files in total which I need to de code. Anyone who is able to do this please bid. Please bid the project after reading description. I will test one file then will create the milestone. then will get the files and test all of them . then will release the milestone. Please who agrees to work with this bid. I have been frauded many times so I can not pay before getting files and before testing. For files please ask. My FIXED price for this task is 3$ per file. So I am gonna pay 30$ in total. Regards
