I need a plugin made using Toolset and Gravity Forms to allow customers on a wordpress website to choose one of 4 pre-made PDF files and add personalized name/email-address/company-name and a headshot or logo image. This must be completed in 5 days to meet deadline. 4 PDF files will be supplied as soon as project is awarded. WorkFlow: Once on wordpress page, user should be able to click one of 4 PDF documents and enter their desired info in the fields to the left of the page. This data MUST stay in place, giving the webpage user the ability to simply click on another PDF document and the field info entered for the first customized document must stay in place so the website user is NOT required to fill that info in each time for each document. Please only submit project bids if you KNOW you can meet this 5 day delivery deadline.
