Customize Opencart module to work with Journal 3 Checkout

Customize opencart 3.0.2.0 on a free module to work with Journal 3 Checkout. The module auto completes address filds after postal code field (CEP) is filled. Its working fine for default template AND on default register page, but i need to customize it to work with Journal 3 Checkout. Need to make it work on admin side too, on customer/edit. On admin side is necessary to reposition fields, moving CEP to the top to make sense to autofill other fields. PS: Journal 3 uses Vue.js library, so it´s obligatory knowlegde on Opencart 3, Journal 3, javascript and VUE.js to make it. Please if you don´t have enought experience or availability to make it fast, don´t bid.
