customization Karenderia Script [food orderweb/app]

Hi, my name is Aurelio and I'm an electronic designer with limited web skills. I'm starting a web business in italy, and I use the Karenderia script (with Addon). I have configured a VPS server and installed the script with small changes, but I need a reliable and serious person to make more substantial changes with which to have lasting collaboration. I coat the detailed design that includes web editing, app-user, app-merchant. I have divided the project into parts to be as clear as possible: each "part / folder" contains GIMP (graphics), PDF, and video files (to better explain).
