Custom Theme Development in Wordpress

Hi there! I am looking for a custom theme development in wordpress. There are about 15 pages with decent features (such has modal, call to action, calendly integration, image carousel, video integration). The emphasis is on light weight pages less than 1.5 MB so that google ranking and upload speed is less than 2 seconds. Mobile friendliness is also a big factor in evaluating skill set.

Our current site is on elementor plugin and its running slow. We want custom theme to skyrocket upload speed and make it light weight.
