Hello! I have done similar work. This task looks clear for me. As I understand you need to transfer data from one MySQL database to another (and the fields in new database differs, but there is a mapping between old fields and new one). Is WordPress modifications also required or only changes from DB site? Here is the approximate plan of the data migration(is only DB structure is involved) 1) make a mapping (find dependencies) between current structure and the new one; 2) export from the current site; 3) import to the new site.
