Create WHMCS Hook

In \resources\domains\[login to view URL] I have added the following entry:

```

On the admin side, I'd like this to add a banner at the top of the domain record.

Admin Side Banner: "DOMAIN TRANSFER RESTRICTED"

On the client-side, I'd like this to add a banner at the top:

Banner: "PLEASE CONTACT DEVELOPER FOR TRANSFER PERMISSIONS"

And disable (not hide) the following fields:

- Get EPP Code

- Nameservers

- Registrar Lock

- Contact Information

- Private Nameservers

This would apply to domains that match the following criteria:

SELECT * FROM `tbldomainsadditionalfields` WHERE `domainid` = $domainid AND WHERE `name` = 'PEC Transfer' AND WHERE `value` = 'on';

```

This will return ONE record per domain.
