Create A Python Script To Scrape Then Upload

I want a Python script that will do some things. 1) scrape a target website for download links (openload preferably) 2) download file 2.a) if its a .zip/.rar - create folder and then unzip files into it (if not a zip/rar ignore and continue to 3) 3) upload to googledrive 4) collect shareable URL link 5) save collected link to .txt (notepad file) Script should allow me to save a .txt of target website urls (page 1, page 2, page 3, page 4) and it will go onto scrape them 1 by 1 automatically until list is complete.
