configure Asterisk on Raspberry with SIP, CHAN_DONGLE, multiple Extensions

alredy done same setup with huawei 3g gongle, both voice ivr and sms with some modification to support language sms and special characters

I have done this job... you require RasPBX. I already have this working here in my country.. It should not be complicated.
