Cashback Website

I would like a cashback website where members earn cashback for shopping at my partners websites. It will be for the US consumer market and needs to be user friendly. The site will be similar to ebates.com. Basically, the users will go to my site before they start shopping, click on a specially formatted link to the shop they want to purchase from. They then make their purchase like normal and when the retailer pays me I pay the member. They will get cashback for the goods they purchased as long as they used my link. Example, a user would go to my site, click on the link to Amazon, shop like normal, they would then check their account on my site and would see 2% of whatever they spent at Amazon ready to spend. I would give users cashback from the commission I get for sending sales through the Link Share and Commission Junction affiliate network programs. The link to the shops will be formatted so that it includes a unique number that identifies the user that clicked on the link. When they have made the sale, the Networks will tell me how much the sale was for and which unique number made that sale. I can then credit that user with the appropriate amount of cashback. What I need you to do is create a wordpress friendly theme and functional plugin. I would like the theme to update across the whole site at once. I will now explain the features/pages I will need. Member Area: Login Logout Register / Sign Up Transaction History Account Balance / Welcome Screen Request Payment Page Edit / View Profile Both members and non members will be able to browse the info about the shops that offer cashback, however if the member is logged in then the link will be formatted so that it has their special unique id in it, so that I can track their cashback. Non-members will have a link that takes them to the login page instead. The shops will be organised in categories, like at [login to view URL], this is explained in the admin area below. Admin Area: Login (SECURE) Logout Stats / Welcome Screen Browse / Search Users Edit / View User Account List / Add / Remove / Edit Shop Categories List / Add / Remove / Edit Shops (See below) Email all users / selected users Manually add cashback page Automatically add cashback page View pending requests for cash Inability to circumvent my links Need to be able to add information about each shop to the database using the admin area. I will put each shop in 1 or more categories that users can browse for the shop in. Each shop has its own cashback rate or coupon which members get. I will also put some text information about each shop and its logo. The Networks provides me with a unique link for each shop. I will enter that into the database. The unique number is then added to this so that when the user buys from the shop, the shop knows my link as well as that of the user. The system needs to know where to enter that unique id. The Networks will provide me with reports showing which ID has spent what. They can provide this in HTML or CSV format. I want to be able to choose between manually adding each cashback transaction into the system, and automatically having the system you create take the csv file and add all the cashbacks automatically for me.
