Re-build WordPress Blog Template with Bootstrap & Add/Modify some Features

I'm looking for a web development company/freelancer to re-build a WordPress theme from scratch with the Bootstrap framework and improve some areas/features as well. Required tasks: - Integrate TGM-Plugin-Activation (Add the following plug-ins: Contact Form 7, Instagram Slider Widget, Newsletter, Vafpress Post Formats UI, WooCommerce, BuddyPress & bbPress) - All the plug-ins must be fully functional with the theme and on all devices. - Integrate Font Awesome - Integrate Fitvids (It must work as in the original theme version) - Fixed Sidebar option - Search bar function like this one: [login to view URL] (for the one in the top bar) - Facebook widget (stays the same as in original) - Social Icons widget (stays the same as in original) - About me widget (add option to choose between rounded or rectangled image) - Recent Posts widget (add option to select between recent posts, most viewed posts, most commented posts.) - Add carrousel to "YOU MIGHT ALSO LIKE" area in post (like here: [login to view URL]) - Integrate Bxslider In the original theme the slider was picking up posts from a selected post category and it was only possible to show 3 images at the same time. This time I don't want the slider to pick up posts but to add an image, the title and destination link manually. I need the following changes for the slider: In the Options Panel you must be able to change the followign for the slider: - How many images to be displayed at the same time (1 to 4) - How many images to add overall (Up to 12) - Add image - Add title (if applicable) - Add destionation URL (if applicable) I also need an Options Panel created for the customization usage with the following areas: - General Settings: Upload Favicon, Homepage Layout (Full Posts/Grid Posts/masonry), Grid Layout: Heading, Grid Layout: Sub heading, Archive Layout (Full Posts/Grid Posts/masonry), Enable Sidebar on Homepage , Enable Sidebar on Posts, Enable Sidebar on Archives, Enable fixed menu, Enable Fixed Sidebar. - Logo and Header Settings: Upload Logo, Upload Logo (Retina Version), Option to use a written font instead of image, Top & Bottom Header Padding - Top Bar Settings: Disable Top Bar Social Icons, Disable Top Bar Search - Slider Settings: As mentioned above - Post settings: Hide Category, Hide Date, Hide Tags, Hide Share Buttons, Hide Author Box, Hide Related Posts Box, Hide Featured Image from top of Post , Hide Next/Prev Post Navigation, Turn off uppercase in post title) - Page Settings: Hide Comments, Hide Share Buttons - Font Settings: (size, color, font family etc.) H1, H2, H3, H4. H5, H6, body text, navigation - Social Media Settings: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, Bloglovin, Google Plus, Tumblr, YouTube, Etsy - Footer Settings: Disable Footer Social, Disable Footer Widget Area, Disable Footer Logo Area, Upload Footer Logo, Upload Footer Logo (Retina), Footer Text, Footer Copyright Text - Colors: Headers Approximate 22 areas to change a color (some areas need the option to add a background image too) - Colors: Footer Approximate 12 areas to change a color (some areas need the option to add a background image too) - Colors: General: Approximate 4 areas to change a color (some areas need the option to add a background image too) - SEO: Page title(front-page), Meta keywords, Meta description - Custom CSS: To add CSS which will overwrite the theme CSS PLEASE NOTE: The loading speed is very important for this project.
