Build a Website in php/mysqli

Hello, This is my second attempt at finding pricing on a PHP text based game i wanted to make last year but i have come to find learning PHP and MySQL is too hard for me at the moment because it requires time i don't have currently. I have thought about the game want created from top to bottom and i have researched for around 100+ hours in game development documents among other types of programming. as well as problems with current software that i have bought such as. sqli vulnerblities, XSS and other basic vulnerbilities that i do not want created in my software from day one. What exactly will the software do once done? i get asked this a lot when i debate the idea behind games that i like to design the documents for but never create. Ill get right down to it what i want exactly is. a text based php game and it needs to be simple but easy to upgrade later hopefully by the same developer to cause less confustion. a few games based around the same general idea would be.
