Build a Theme

We want to customize a theme or to build a new one from scratch with the genesis framework (no "composers"/"page builders"). At the end we want a website for a new apartment house, were the user can see the well presented location (house and area around) and some other articels at the first sight. Big fullsize sliders at the top and other typical wordpress "looks" don't match our criteria. It has to be more kind of "magazin style" without loosing the main focus: presenting the house. We've some ideas but we're looking for a freelancer with his/her own. After the first step (Theme) we calculate to spent one day/month for customization and extensions. We're looking for a german speaking freelancer to avoid language barriers.
