Build a simple Referral Program app

I need a simple referral for our project with referal codes.
1. Referral registration
- email address: editable form
- name and last name: editable
- password
- phone number: editable form
- bitcoin wallet where will receive the commission
- referral code: editable form (he will set his own referral)
- the referral will receive an email confirming that he is successfully onboarded with his XXX referral
1. Front end:
There will be a form with the following lines:
- email address: editable
- Receive wallet: editable
- Masternode Price: to be set by us
- BTC wallet to pay: to be set by us
- Referral code: editable
- We receive an email with the details and also the referral will receive the same email
3. Backend of the referral
- the referral will log in
- will see how many users have successfully completed the form with his referral code
- will see how many users have paid and the total amount paid with his referral code
- will see his total commission on that date
- will see his already paid commission
- will see the remaining commission
Everything has to be done in the same design as the website:
