Build a live results map for virtual races

This project is for virtual races where the current distance someone has completed shows up on the course map based on the xml data from another system. What is required: Needs to be web based Needs to have an admin area where they can upload GPS maps via GPX upload. Admin area also needs to be able to attach the link of XML file which is used to place the different users on the map. A front end visual map of the uploaded course is required There must be provisions for multiple maps and the ability for the user to switch between maps on the front end. On the map, depending on the distance each user has completed, they need to show where they are on the map with an icon and their bib number or initials so the front end user can find themselves on the map. Ideally it would be good to have a set time where the data is received and processed on the map (this would need to be set by the admin in the backend) and there would be a countdown clock and 'Live' Icon on the front end of that map.
