We are building an online designtool for our customers to be able to design shelving systems and cabinets in 2d layout. The system should handle squares only and the output should be coordinates for the boundary vectors and dimension data for further processing. The thought is that users add/delete, scale and organize squares on a 2d canvas and end up with a shelving/cabinet design that fit their room/needs. The tool should be directly integrated to a wordpress website and work together with shape diver/grasshopper or other 3D visualization solutions in order for the customer/user to view their design realtime.
