Build an Android App NFC Asset tracking & Wallet

I need an asset tracking software combined with a wallet. A) Asset Tracking: -Each time the asset leaves the warehouse I need the warehouse clerk to scan the truck driver NFC tag and then all the assets using NFC before putting them in the truck. -The truck driver sees the assets in his phone and then press accept. Truck driver delivers assets to client. The client has to sign the truck driver phone screen using finger and then press accept. -There must be an asset history screen so I can see where it is and was using the serial number or scanning the NFC chip. -Each asset has to be sent to manteinance every 360 days. The app should notify warehouse clerk if the asset has to go to manteinance. -If the asset has not been recieved within a week the app should alert driver when he scans client NFC chip so truck driver can talk to client to see what happend to asset. -If client lost asset there should be an option to register lost asset. B) Wallet: - The truck driver can sell credit to the client using client NFC chip or ID number. Truck driver should see total of credit ($) sold to clients during the day. Truck driver needs to know how much money he has on hand. There should also be history module where you can choose a date and it tells driver how much he sold. There should also be an optional commision for truck driver that should be shown if admin has activated commision. - At the end of day accounting should recieve the money from truck driver. Accounting should be able to see total and client list of credits sold by truck driver and truck driver puts in his phone deliver money and accounting press accept. The truck driver money on hand should go to cero. - The truck driver also needs to scan client NFC chip or input ID number and be able to use client credit, he inputs the amount then clients sign with finger and press accept. - Client should be able to check on a website using his ID the available credit.
