New Custom Plug in for your website Where Your Customer can able to hire your staff based on their availability in Google calendar , Where Your customer can set the starting time and end time of booking your staff and add customer's necessary account details for your staff to know the booking details and after every thing complete an email will fire to Admin, Staff , and to the Customer. Ok, everything sound informatics. I like to work on it and create a desire plug in for you. For completing this task, I need few additional information about the task, Please go through the question and reply me so I can make more familiar to the task. 1. Current Google calendar is work as per your requirement, You just want to make it more informatics and add few more task. Right? 2. What is happen after the booking time is over, is it automatically update the Google calendar or we need to update it. 3. What about those staff who are already booked , Is their name will display in the Google calendar, and what happen when customer will try to hire them when the staff already booked for that particular time duration. 4. What my basic understanding say, there ae two way to booking, 1) customer click on the name google calender for hire your staff and a form will open to fill every thing 2) Customer check name from google calendar and fill the from manually selecting the staff name, Which way you think to proceed.
