Braintree Webhook Integration CURL PHP

I have a webhook written for Braintree. It triggers commissions for my affiliate script whenever sales are generated by affiliates. Sometimes it works and other times it does not. When it does not it gives an error "failed to open stream: HTTP request failed! HTTP/1.1 404 Not Found" I looked it up and people suggest re-writing using curl instead of file_get_contents I need somebody to re-write the webhook so that it works every time not just sometimes. Maybe using curl or maybe you have a better way. I have everything set up on a test server. I will give you ftp and sandbox access to Braintree sandbox. You must be a php expert familiar with webhooks. Please do not waste my time if you are not. Also my order script is supposed to send out email confirmations on sales and re-bills. Right now it only sends out confirmations on sales. This process located at includes/[login to view URL] on the test server. I need [login to view URL] modified so that emails go out on re-bills as well as sales. I can pay $35 for this entire job. Thank you.
