USER END INTERFACE (A) Looks Very Nice and Attractive - 104 slots of Bible passages - Interested person registers (as a first timer. Thereafter it’s just to log in) - Registration should be an easy process involving first and last name, city, state, country, email and cellphone number (maybe WhatsApp which is preferred) and date desired start date and time zone; West Africa Time should be the default - Person requests proclamation slots - Person is automatically allotted Slot 1 for the start date. The allocation message can go to the cellphone or the email address. Not sure if WhatsApp can be used for this - After proclaiming the Slot, person logs in their proclamation completion report for that day. This report must include the name, location, slot proclaimed, start and end times of proclamation (note that name, location, slot proclaimed are already on the site). The day’s task is struck off as completed on the platform - The next day, person receives Slot 2 - After proclaiming the Slot, person logs in proclamation completion report for that day. The day’s task is struck off as completed on the platform - The next day, person receives Slot 3 - If person does not log in proclamation completion report for Slot 3, the next day person receives Slot 3 again (B) Global Blast - 1 Day Blast (it should be possible for the back office to input respective dates and times for this blast) - From the 104 slots - Person logs in and requests proclamation slots for the 1 Day Blast - Others around the world log in as well - The 104 slots are now automatically allocated sequentially - When the 104 slots are fully allocated, the next person is allocated Slot 1 (ie it goes back to the beginning) - After proclaiming the allocated Slot, the allottee logs in the proclamation completion report for that day. The day’s task is struck off as completed - For the blast any day missed is ignored. (C) Global Blast - 7 Day Blast (it should be possible for the back office to input respective dates and times for this blast) - From the 104 slots - Person logs in and requests proclamation slots for the 7 Day Blast - Others around the world log in as well - The 104 slots are now automatically allocated sequentially - The first allottee is given slots 1-7 for days 1-7 respectively - The second allottee is given slots 2-8 for days 1-7 respectively - The third allottee is given slots 3-9 for days 1-7 respectively - The 98th allottee is sequentially given slots 98-104 for days 1-7 respectively - The 99th allottee is sequentially given slots 99-104,1 (99,100,101,102,103,104,1) for days 1-7 respectively - The 100th allottee is sequentially given slots 100-104,1,2 (ie 100,101,102,103,104,1,2) for days 1-7 respectively - The 104th allottee is sequentially given slots 104,1-6 (ie 104,1,2,3,4,5,6) - The 105th allottee returns to Slot 1 - After proclaiming the allocated Slot, the allottee logs in the proclamation completion report for that day.
