Backup and restore Site on new site along with some changes.

I got my old site which is made of interspire (bigcommerce) i want you to backup and restore it to my new site; all the site files and folders; database etc. And make sure everything functions properly like the old site. It's all interspire (bigcommerce cms). Also there will be urls changes that needs to be done in the new site such as now it reads as: [login to view URL] (information page) [login to view URL] (Category page) category=Swiss-Replicas/VACHERON-CONSTANTIN (Sub-category Page) [login to view URL] (Product page) Now i want it to be something like this: /about (information page) [login to view URL] (category page) swiss-replica-watches/[login to view URL] (Sub-categories page) swiss-replica-watches/omega/[login to view URL] (Product page) Along with it I want an auto tags to be written for products pages. Something like this just for the products. Product Page Title: "Product name" for just "Price US$" at "website name" Product Page Desc: "Get a top quality "product name" from "website name" for just "Price US$". For categories and information pages it's already there in the admin. Also last but not the least; i want retail price to be displayed like (save 20% on this product). It is there to input in the admin but i think it needs to be properly configured in the product; categories displaying product pages. Only a person professional and experienced in bigcommerce cms to bid on it.
