Aurora forecast Wordpress plugin

Hi, This is a long shot, but i'm looking for someone who can help me build a WordPress plugin that shows latest aurora forecast. I did have one that did the job, but NOAA changed their systems and now i cannot figure out how to get this information. This is where you come in. I need you to be my detective and figure out where and how to get this information and create a plugin that outputs this information as text with shortcodes. Ex. [1hourforecastKP1]Text here[/1hourforecastKP1], [1hourforecastKP2]Text here[/1hourforecastKP2] and so on. The Shortcodes needs to be triggered based on the actual forecast. Other and better solutions can be discussed if you have any ideas. The most important thing with this plugin is that it should not overload the server when fetching the information. If possible the information should only be fetched once every 15 minutes, stored locally and distributed from there. The different forecasts and information i'm looking for is the following: - 30 minute forecast - 1 hour forecast - 4 hour forecast - 3 day forecast - Geomagnetic scale -Bt (The Interplanetary Magnetic Field) -Bz (The Interplanetary Magnetic Field) - A timestamp that shows when the forecast was updated in visitors local time.
