I am looking for someone to create some add-on functionality to a CRM. I currently have Microsoft Dynamics, but am open to another platform. Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems is a BIG plus. Here are my needs. please let me know if you have experience with any of the following functions using MS Dynamics: 1. Power Search Boolean, key words, phrases, tags, relevancy, distance radius, drill down and more to the candidates not just in your database but from other data sources as well. We want to be able to search for candidates through mapping by zip code or drawing. 2. Job Advertising We need to publish our job opening to our website, job boards and other social media 3. Reporting Easy-to-use dashboards and reports help you quickly gain insight into KPIs such as where our production is coming from, where our marketing dollars are best spent, where the best people for our business come from, what they have in common, who is taking them from us. 4. Parser Eliminate manual entry of candidates. Need to automatically parse important candidate information from their resume, applications and social media to create and maintain up to date candidate profiles for you. 5. Workflows We would like to configure the ATS to use our staffing and recruitment processes.
