Hello everyone, This project is for people that have experience designing software that runs using Amazon's product information. We would like to create a program (software or web-based) or website where we can do this: 1. We will upload an excel file with a list of UPC codes and costs per code. 2. The system will automatically run each UPC code through the "Fulfillment by Amazon Revenue Calculator" and pull the data for each product. 3. The system should come up with an excel file that shows the following columns: UPC Code(by us), Cost(by us), ASIN (by Amazon), Item Price (by Amazon), Selling on Amazon Fee (also known as referral fee), and Fullfilment by Amazon Fees (by Amazon). All this data is given in the calculator ([login to view URL]). Please give an idea of how you plan to accomplish this (what programs, data you will use; how you will gather the information and calculate fees (if applicable). We need to make sure that the person we hire has experience working with Amazon Data. Thank you all

Hi, Reading the requirements I understand the need for a simple upload, automatic calculation based on the upload and then display of the results. I tried out the calculator site in order to understand how it works. My solution would be as follows: In order to do this I would set up a simple site (HTML and JavaScript). It would allow for login and upload. This could be hosted anywhere (Amazon S3 would be a simple choice for this). The uploaded files would be read and the fees calculated. The new values would then be return in a new excel file. The code for handling uploading, parsing and calling the calculator code would be written in JavaScript if there is no wish for it to be written in another language. The above would be the easiest so just login, upload and get a new file back. Hope to hear more from you!
