Admin Panel + Website

I am looking for talented person who can build a website along with admin application. The website will be for booking language courses... see the examples below [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] the key feature for the project mentioned below: User Module/Student module 1- Website home page will have the option to search the courses-country wise/city wise, Start date of the course, Duration and courses category and accordingly students will get the result ... 2- Upon clicking on any school/institute, details page will display along with school logo, name and courses provided by the school.. 3- Upon clicking on any course , course detail page will open which will have following details: # course name along with school name # Max number of students # Min age to register # Lessons per week # Course type # Other courses provided by the same school # Course prices/per week / etc.. 4- Students can select the duration and automatically prices will be calculated and total fee will be displayed on the page 5- Students will get the option to find accommodation also and will get the list of home stay/PG along with prices and if students wants they can opt accommodation also ..EITHER they can skip.. 6- Students will confirm the booking and automatic invoice will be generated and will be set to student and one copy will come to admin .. 7- Payment will be done offline and this process will be cleared by admin or school to students offline.. 8-Each member will have option to register to the portal and registered member will have provision to login . 9- In member folder all the invoice, courses inquiry will be tracked .. 10- Website front end will be very user friendly and all filters and featured destination for study will be available on main page to attract the traffic.. Back end/Admin Module 1-Admin will add the country and city . 2- Under the city admin will list the schools/ institute along with logo and other details.. 3- Admin can Add Unlimited number of Main course categories / sub categories. 4- Admin can Enter unlimited number of courses with Thumbnails and view enlarge option. 5-An admin panel where you can update Course and their prices, maximum no of students allowed, min age to register, lesson per week etc and other specifications. 6-Admin will manage all the students and will be able to activate/deactivate any member/student at any point of time.. 7- Admin will manage all the inquires and invoice in back end.. NEED TO KNOW THE RIGHT TO LEFT (RTL) SINCE THE WEBSITE WILL BE IN ARABIC AND ENGLISH Note : Please need someone who can do the whole job and the bid as proposed here no extra changes.
