add ad slots from Google Doubleclick to a Wordpress Template

The site needs to have ad placement slots put into the design that will correspond to ad slots in the Google Doubleclick Ad Manager program.
we will need to have 3 different dimensions for ads
we will need to have the flexibility of publishing only on the target pages and sections.
