Hello This should not present a problem in creating the CSV style output in pricebooks from the raw gazetter if the correct initial sort patterns are used on the source table. I can start this for you after lunchtime (uk time) an shouldn't take more than a couple of hours to create the Query/vba required to generate the output format Regards Alan Sheppard

Hi, It took a few minutes to understand what you mean but now the rules are clear. I would say it would be easy to do with SQL if the postcodes with the same letters always belonged to the same zone. Since it's not true (for example some BD postcodes belong to zone 1 while other to Zone 2), it makes it a bit more difficult. I saw that you added Excel and Visual Basic as required skills I dare to propose an alternative. I would write two VBA scripts, one to convert Gazetter format to Pricebooks format and another one to do the opposite.
