Zencart/VBulletin Bridge

Vbulletin/Zencart Bridge Money will be deposited to start each phase and kept in escrow until completion of work or rejection of project. Phase I: • Modify Zencart to use vBulletin login info. • Prompt visitor to complete customer information on each visit to Zencart site until completed. • Add additional registration fields so that registration page contains all necessary data to populate the customer data in Zencart. • Zencart visitors must first register at vBulletin forum. Prompt them if they attempt to register on Zencart then redirect to vBulletin registration page. • Shared session between Zencart and vBulletin using vBulletin standard so that login on one side keeps you logged in on the other. Conversely, if you log out of either side you are logged out on the other. Payout for Phase I – 50% of total bid upon verification and acceptance of work by website owner. Second phase will be immediately funded and put into escrow. • Add field to product type for downloaded software for number of licenses. • Show in form postbit all licenses where number of licenses is greater than 1 after purchase. NOTE: It is only necessary to list a licensed product once. If there are multiple licenses, show it using the following example: BW Arcade Pro (#) where number is quantity of licenses purchased • When customer purchases licensed software, add the member to the appropriate subgroup in vBulletin (to be predefined by owner) in the product type in Zencart. Group names: BW Arcade Pro Licensee and BW Recipe Pro Licensee. Link by vbulletin group ID. This field will be displayed in the admin panel but not in the front end. Payout for Phase II – 50% of total bid upon inspection and acceptance of work. All documentation must be provided to website owner upon completion of work. • Use the override system in Zencart to allow for future upgrades • Fully document work and provide list of edits so files can be fixed later if edits skewered by an upgrade or something
