I need to develop an application/software for huge WhatsApp Bulk messaging (broadcast) with below capabilities. 1- send bulk WhatsApp messages (Text, Image, Audio, Video, vcard, Location) with bulk of at least 1+ million daily while using large number of channels (From Numbers). 2- send Text and Image together. 3- create groups and upload the contacts there in the group So the user can choose a group and can send message to the bulk contacts uploaded in that group. 4- upload more channels from .txt file, will have (from numbers) and corresponding passwords in it. 5- upload the contacts from .txt / .csv files (skip duplicate entries while uploading). 6- view and manage (add more, edit and delete) the contacts uploaded in each group. 7- filter the contacts registered in WhatsApp Organization. Show the count of the registered contacts also. So the user can then remove unregistered contacts . 8- Ability to categorize the contacts by using the country, date added etc. 9- Ability send message to individual contacts also. 10- Once started the message sending process, and then show the status of the message delivery such as Start Time, End Time (once finished), Time Left, Current Processing Number, and Count etc. 11- Report to show the delivered, not delivered, opened, not opened blocked contacts. 12- Ability to filter the active contacts by using the last seen and last replied. 13- Ability to filter the active channels. Ability to filter the active and blocked channels and should have an option to delete all the blocked channels (From-Numbers). 14- Ability to reduce the chance to get the channels blocked by the WhatsApp organization. 15- Ability to set limit for messages sent (hourly/daily/per_from_number). 16- The application interface should be in English language. 17- Ability to add/remove contacts individually. 18- Report: Show the count of the messages delivered and failed. 19- Report: Ability to view recent activity and messages history (Message Content, Message Type, Date, Time etc.). 20- Unsubscribe facility. 21- Ability to have user sign up and login. 22- Ability to add administrator / multi administrators. 23- 11- Ability to set credit (number of messages) for each user/reseller to use. 24- 12- Ability to set mobile number dedicated for user/s. 25- 13- Ability to set mobile number for share users. 26- 14- Ability to link it with online payment gateways such as (paypal-2checkout). 27- 15- Admin Panel for resellers with ability to make a full web design customization. 28- 16- Secure the data. 29- 17- API for reseller and ability to create for them website linked to the main application with API and credits. 30- 18- Feature to set schedule for sending bulk. 31- 19- Feature of Queue management ( with different Priorities ). 32- Use simple but a good design and look for the application. 33- The developer should have to provide us a demonstration of the application by sending a message to bulk (30K) numbers by using 1000 channels (We will provide the required channels to test), before delivering the final product. 34- The developer should deliver the application along with the full source code, at the end. 35- The application should be created by using visual studio 2010 or higher and MS SQL Server. 36- The application should be a Web Application. 37- The developer should install and run the application on our server at the end. We will provide the server details. 38- Ability to change sender logo 39- The software must support the Arabic language. Ability to upgrade the application with any updates later on which can be made from whatsApp end. (Will be paid when doing but it will be needed URGENT when needed).
