Im in a Local band and we get a lot of song requests. On a page, I want to integrate a form where a users can text input Song Title, Song Artist, Link, (to show which version) Name, Email, (not to be shown to the public) along with captcha. This will send a confirmation email to the admin of the site as well as a confirmation to the user who submitted it. On the site, it will show in tables... User Name: __________ Song Requested: ___________ Artist: ___________ Link to Song: ____________ captcha Prove Your human 10+4= of course a submit button/ success or error produced this would produce in a widget Latest requested Song (song name) and under that maybe some kind of voting system to how how concerned we should be to learn it? Just an extra thought. Of course this must be up to latest security standards for WordPress. Must be color customizable. If you have any cool idea's that would be great and would love to hear them. Im sure theres some forms that will be easy to convert. its more the database stuff. Looking for lowest bids with the understanding you get what you pay for. Thanks for looking into this.
