Prevent company e-mails from going to Junk Folder

I realised my corporate e-mails are going to the client's Junk Folder. Sometimes client doesn't even receive the e-mail. Email accounts are hosted with Bluehost. Need someone who can fix this problem by making the e-mails to go to Client's Inbox by default. Job is to be done via odesk or teamviewer on my computer. Only professionals please.
