Pinterest images to wordpress post

Hi there, i want a programmer to make a wordpress plugin which will get images from pinterest and integrate them to wordpress post. At the back end i should be able to give keywords and categories, post title and post content, which will be used to all post (it will be like" "keyword" 5 best" for title and "See the best "keyword" and choose your own", for post content (only the keyword would be change). The plugin must get at least 15 photos from pinterest and also (IMPORTANT) must be full size, if you check pinterest when searching for something you get results with thumbnails and when you click on the image you get the original site image. Also i want to get images with DIFFERENT id (i don't want same images in posts, for example one keyword may be "vacation in california" and the other keyword may be "vacations in california", i don't want both these posts to have the same photos. Finally the post should be saved as draft. I don't want to use any shortcode, i want images to be in each post. The plugin should respect the pinterest limitations (with cron jobs). Important: Pins will be from all pinterest not my account, should use a search tools so images to be relevant with keywords. Plz bid only if you are experienced with wordpress and api.
