Convenience Store POS”. It will provide a platform for the retailers to manage their stores
inventory, products, billing, employees and customers and payments. The System will have a one web
based solution for retailers. One Android Application for touch screen POS, with Customer View. The
System will be a multi-tenant SAAS infrastructure model. There will be a Super Admin who will be able to
create panels for different retailers. Retailers will access this from a subdomain, like
Customer1.pos.com. The system will be integrated with the client’s existing ERP. Synchronizations will be done as mentioned in the below points (ERP Integration).

-Sales done at the cash register will be synchronised to ERP along with payment type.
-Inventory Information will be synced from ERP to POS

4) Returns and Refunds: Completing and refunding orders screens

Users can see items and sub-total/total while items being rang up. Ability to have advertising on the display
when not ringing up.
