Development of Mortgage Interest Analysis Software

We need some very simple mortgage analysis software built that will analyse the amount of interest that SHOULD be paid on a mortgage, and compare this against the ACTUAL interest that was paid by mortgage holders. Very simply, the software needs to allow the user to do the following: - Upload their mortgage statement, or enter manually their mortgage opening and closing balances and transactions; - input their mortgage interest rate; - allocate the time period and actual interest they were charged (if manually entering) or have the software work this out from the statement upload; - report on the difference between what the interest amount is that they were charged by their bank, and what the amount is that they should've been charged; - Produce a simple report showing the result, that can be exported to PDF I can provide more details of the exact way this calculates and works out (and exact data entry) to the team we end up working with. And I also have some software that someone else has put together that does something similar for you to view, as a guide for what we want to produce in our enhanced version. The user interface for entry of information, and the output of the results must be a simple, clean, easy to understand interface. Doesn't need to be anything flash, just basic but easy for the user to see and follow. I will produce a User Guide to go with the software. Time is of the essence in this project, it MUST be 100% completed within 7 days of awarding the project, so please only bid if you have the time to compete it. Completed files MUST include all files, program files, autorun application, set-up application etc ready to be loaded directly onto a CD for us to have reproduced and distributed.
