Develop Wordpress Plugin

I need a Wordpress plugin to be [login to view URL] should be able to do the following:

1. Update blog automatically by pulling in videos from youtube channels.

- the user should be able to pull and post the videos onto the blog automatically. If there are new videos uploaded to the youtube channel, the user DOES NOT need to manually post the video onto his blog.

-the user also has the option to customise his own description of the video or choose to follow the description of the video on youtube

-the user should also be able to input the dates "from" which to pull the videos. For example, if there are videos posted in 2013 on the youtube channel, the user should be able to enter a "from" and a "to" date and all the videos will be pulled to the blog.

2. When the user pull the videos to the blog, the user should also be given an option to post the same video on his facebook fan page. The user must be given the option to "tick" if he wants his facebook fan page to update automatically as his blog is updated with the videos.

3. The user must be able to add in a "Splash" page at any point in the video. A Splash is an opt-in page where the viewer of the video has a chance to key in his email or name to subscribe to any newsletter or free gift by the user. The User must be able to specify at which timing (in the video) the "Splash" will occur, though most likely it should occur at the end of the video. So a default "end of the video" should be standard.

3. For the Splash forms, the design of the forms must be FANTASTIC and comtemporary. No Stoid and boring opt in boxes please. Also the Splash forms must be easily integrated with the major autoresponder services like Getresponse, Awber, Mailchimp. The user should be able to just key in their API key and the form is integrated seamlessly for the respective campaigns.

[login to view URL] must be at least 15 basic Splash opt in forms designs for the User to choose from. The text on the opt in form must be editable so the user can customise the text. I need to interface to be "see as the user changes" the options. This means that there must be a preview of the opt in form "live" as the user changes the colors or text of the opt in form.

5. I am going to need to product in two sets. The first basic package is as what I have listed above with 15 opt in form designs, and the ability to "auto-post" videos onto the blog and facebook fan [login to view URL] basic package is limited to only one website, one url and also one facebook fanpage.

I intend to sell an "upgrade" package of the plugin which allows for 30 opt in forms and unlimited website [login to view URL] make provision for the upgrade package.

Please bear in mind that I need the design of the opt in forms to be top-notch quality. Please provide some examples of opt-in forms that you have done before when you bid for this job.
