Develop an Affiliate Storefront WP Plugin using existing prototype

I have already developed the php & css of a functional Affiliate Storefront prototype with each of the 5 components of the storefront being separate pieces of code plugged into the "Shortcode Exec PHP". With this, I've simply been able to enter shortcodes for each piece of php code as shortcodes into desired pages or posts to make a fully functioning storefront. The requirement of this project is to take this prototype and build out an integrated plugin with settings pages to customize basic display (CSS) options, define affiliate account settings, and generate shortcodes for placing the elements within the worpress site. The plugin needs to include the ability to create custom post types of "Shops", "Post Products" & "Coupons" that the user can define in the settings pages for editing or referencing later. The plugin requires one page (/products/) that contains the shortcode for the product element. This page is what the shop links to and passes the product ID to for displaying details of an individual product. To improve performance of the Shop element, a caching functionality is included to retain and use a cached version of the html generated based on the specific query to the PopShops product API. The retention period has a default value of 5 days and it can be changed in the Plugin Global Settings. The cache files will be kept within a folder called 'Cache' There will be two "versions" of the plugin, one with the basic functionality and another premium version.
