Customizations in Magento - Magento Only devs

1 - Should have a drop down at checkout page so customer can input delivery time & date. Time can be in 2 hour intervals from 10am to 7pm. 2 - Show mobile Number in orders listing page in admin panel. 3 - We need to be able to create ‘kits’. i.e. merge items together and create it as a special or ‘discounted’ product. Discount should appear in the customer inv. Also once the item is sold, it should amend the stock of the individual items it is made up from. 4 - On selecting Pay on delivery (Cash/Card on Delivery) currently status becomes Pending – It should be Pending Payment. 5 - On Online payment failure – Currently Status becomes Pending – It should be Online Payment Failure. 6 - Need to have a drop down where customers can choose to have the items as a reoccurring order. ‘Every week, Every 2 weeks, Every 3 weeks, every 4 weeks,….’ As in [login to view URL] 7 - When Order email goes to admin - it should have customer comments and delivery date and time(as selected from the drop down on checkout page) 8 - Magento Admin > Reports>Shopping Cart>Products in Cart - Shows only list of products in carts - Add name of user - which user have which product in cart. 9 - Once we input a 'cross sell’ or related item to a product, it should update all products mentioned. For example if we on a Podz Beds mention it is related to The Podz Bowl. It should update Podz Bowl as related to Podz beds. At the moment we are having to go to every item and update this. It should work as vise Versa for products we already established a connection with. 10 - Shopping cart price rule works and shows in cart, but tier price discount does not show as a discount in the cart. 11 - When a discount code is given and used it should disable our other promos running at the same time. 12 - When we currently run a promotion like: Buy a bag of food and get a free toy. That free toy should appear in the cart as price ‘0’. 13 - Product & Images Import from Older Magento(1.7) installation to New Installation(1.9) As there are lots of developers who just put their bids without even reading the requirements.
